DarkCord, replays, a megaphone, and a question we want your help with
Live today: a red feedback megaphone that is always one tap away (every field but your message is optional) and a private in-browser track editor.
Planned, in this order: sign-in (invite-only at first), DarkCord crews with roles and preset-first chat, match replays you can watch and share, a darker and more polished look, and artwork that teaches you how to play. Every social feature stays free, there is no advertising, and nothing paid is pushed at you.
The question
We are thinking about letting people earn credits by playing, and some people have asked about chance-based features that use them. We do not know yet whether that is right. Nothing is built, no real money is involved, and none will be without proper advice. The law differs between the UK, the EU and the US, and the main worry is credits that can be traded or turned into money.
If you know the law (gambling, consumer or children's protection), please tell us. For everyone else, the question that matters most is: is it right?
